Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change at any time without notice. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if necessary.

When you purchase a print or custom illustration:

You are purchasing a physical or digital product, not the copyright
Artwork may not be copied, modified, resold, or used commercially
Artwork may not be used for branding, advertising, or resale without a commercial license

Shipping & Delivery

Custom orders are made to order and may take up to two weeks to produce. Once completed, they are shipped directly to you.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order artwork, all sales are final.

For other items, a refund can be offered if:

The item is sent back within 14 days and has no damage.
The wrong item was sent

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos where applicable.

Custom Orders

Custom illustrations are created based on the information provided by the customer. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Minor revisions may be offered at the artist’s discretion. Significant changes may incur an additional fee.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
