In this illustration I have portrayed a Siamese Fireback. This beautiful bird comes from the forests and woodlands of Southeast Asia, especially Thailand, Cambodia, and Laos. It has a sleek, elegant appearance with soft silvery-gray feathers, darker wings and tail, bright red facial skin, and long legs that give it a graceful, refined presence.
